2. Order processing. Please allow 2 to 3 days for the order to process. You can cancel an order only if the item has not shipped by speaking with Pistol Wear Customer Service at 1-800-231-7385.
3. Shipping. We offer USPS and UPS shipping methods. Fees for shipping are not included in the product price and will be disclosed at the time the order is placed. Fees will be determined based on the weight, delivery method and delivery address. A tracking or delivery confirmation number will be sent to you via email once your order has finished processing.
4. Returns & Exchanges. If there is a need for return or exchange, let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. Pistol Wear will accept these returns within 30 days of the delivery of product.
If you would like to return an item please follow these procedures:
New, unused or defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges.
For returns, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org / 1-800-231-7385. You will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please write the RA Number on the package.
We will not accept returns purchased from a retailer other than the Pistolwear.com. If merchandise was purchased from a store, please return it to where it was purchased.

Your refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to the credit card used for the original order. The credit will be for the value of the merchandise total and taxes you were charged. We will not issue refunds or credits on used or non-defective merchandise.
Pistolwear.com will send an email confirming that the return is complete.
