1.  How do your holsters fasten?

Our holsters fasten with snap buttons that prolong the life of the holsters. The holsters are sized with a stretchable Velcro-style fastener that allows the user to get that perfect fit for their body.


2.  I have an old Pistol Wear holster. Can I restore the Velcro fastener?

For our customers that purchased Velcro-only (without the snap buttons) Pistol Wear holsters, we will provide at no charge a "refresh patch" that can be applied to the ideal attachment point determined by the user. These patches do not stretch so they have an extended lifecycle and will work great for restoring the strength of your tired Pistol Wear belt fastener.  If needed, simply contact us at support@pistolwear.com to request your free patch.


3.  What holds the weapon in the holster?

The weapon is retained in the holster by the pouch tension generated by the holster design.


4.  Do you offer a military or law enforcement personnel discount?

Yes.  We offer a 10% discount to these personnel as verified by an email or ship-to address. Please email support@pistolwear.com for instructions on obtaining the discount.
